Meals Per Day

300+ (function/event service)

Location

Toowoomba, Queensland

Container Size

40' x 2

After attracting considerable tourism for its history in Australia’s wool industry, Jondaryan Woolshed, located in Queensland’s Darling Downs region sought to provide catering for events such as weddings and gala dinner with a 300+ capacity.

This double 12 meter container structure features an immense cook line, true preparation line with cook-chill functionality to rear, level roll-in access to ovens and inbuilt cold & freezer rooms, and large plating in a climate controlled environment.

The additional enterprise has in turn drawn increased visitor numbers to the property, triggering an additional stage for further a-la-carte café/restaurant extensions from the side of the container modules, leaving the rear and opposite side free for deliveries and back of house.
