Originally built in the 1960’s, the Tattersalls Hotel has just recently undergone a major face-lift.

Improbable Project was approached to build a relocatable kitchen, which would fit the needs of the newly restored beer garden.

The container was needed as an additional kitchen space to the bistro, as part of a large bistro renovation. The container is fitted with two beer taps and is purposed as a burger bar in the beer garden.

The idea of introducing a relocatable kitchen to the beer garden was as a convenience to patrons enjoying the atmosphere of the garden, which is also fitted with a large projector television for sports and is a great area for outdoor functions.

The convenience and atmosphere of an outlet proved successful contribution to otherwise missed revenue potential.
